Outreach Programs provide greater access for adult learners by offering instruction in community and workforce sites. Adult Diploma, GED, family literacy, basic skills and ELL classes are provided collaboratively in multiple Saint Paul locations.

The Workforce Education Center offers on-site assistance to businesses, labor organizations and education providers interested in establishing English language and basic skills classes tailored to meet the needs of their employees.

Outreach Sites

The outreach sites below are different colors depending on the classes they offer.

• Yellow = Hubbs Center
• Blue = Family Literacy classes
• Red = GED classes
• Green = ELL classes
