The Hubbs Center offers Family Literacy for ELL learners with young children. This program works in collaboration with the ECFE Family Literacy sites. These classes offer multi-level ELL classes, Parenting classes, Parent and Child Interaction time, and Early Childhood Learning.Classes are held 3 days a week for 2.5 hours. Parents and children are together for 30 minutes of each class and separated for 2 hours to participate in ELL (2 days) and Parenting (1 day). Parents are required to participate in all parts of the program.
Classes are offered at 7 sites throughout the city of St. Paul.
